Mine Safety (MSHA)

In order to enter a mine site, workers are required to take MSHA Part 48 Surface New Miner Training and conduct Refresher training each year. MSHA Part 46 regulations require that new miners, or first time workers, complete a minimum of 24 hours of training within their first 90 days of employment, 4 hours of which must be completed prior to beginning work at the mine.

Our Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Part 48 and Part 46 online safety training courses give you the flexibility to train employees anywhere, anytime, and with fully automated compliance documentation.

There are few places where more hazards exist than a busy mining operation, and our customers have seen safety record improvement through our standardized training solution.

Vivid Learning Systems' course programs are approved by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).

It’s simple. When you increase productivity, improve your safety performance, and get more training for the dollar, there’s more profit on the table.
